In this e-mail letter is information that may interest you. Since Fayetteville is located in the 4-state corners, we also welcome union friends from throughout the region as well as our native state. National APWU Leaders Of interest to all, several of our leading national union leaders will be speaking and teaching. Tentatively they include Rob Strunk, Bobby Donnelson, Tommy Thompson, Terry Stapleton, Carl Casillas and Bob Kessler. Bennie Frizzell may also be in attendance. There will be time also for private consultations. These gentlemen are leaders because they have proven themselves by winning battles -- like we all must face. They are leaders because they know how to handle difficult situations which many local stewards and officers experience on a daily basis; they've been there, done that. Some are the most dynamic and gifted speakers in the country. They are also the most informed of where our union is headed [as well as the USPS]. Election This is an election year for the state union. State President Dennis Taff will be handling this in the most professional and expeditious manner.
