The State Convention our Local hosted last week was a great success.  
Many 
thanks to Loren, Gini and Vickie for all they did.  The Rogers Local 
provided snack food at the hospitality room - thanks to Marshia Mosena 
for 
her help.

We raised $894 in our COPA fundraising campaign. Half the total was 
sent to 
the COPA Committee in Washington D.C. and the other half was given as a 
prize in the COPA drawing.  Mike Klippert of El Dorado was the lucky 
winner. 
  My daughter JJ helped with selling tickets and drew the winner.  She 
intends to join the Auxillary so she can be more a part of our union.

Try to attend the union meeting tomorrow.  We have a vacancy in the 
Editor 
position and nominations will be in order.  Ballots will be counted at 
the 
July meeting if the race is contested.  Hope to see you there - it's
