PRESIDENT'S REPORT

To all:

Today's Steward Training Lunch with State President Dennis Taff was great!  
Dennis did a fine job in presenting the basics of grievance writing.  There 
were 21 in attendance from all over NW Arkansas:  Bentonville, Rogers, 
Springdale, Harrison, Hot Springs, Ft. Smith, and (of course) Fayetteville.  
Liz Nowlin from Hot Springs drove all the way up (200 + miles) after working 
full 8 or 10 hours on Tour One!  She gets the prize (whatever that is).  3 
came from Harrison; 2 Rogers; 1 Bentonville; 1 Springdale; 1 Ft. Smith 
(Dennis!); and 13 from Fayetteville.

The class was held in Director's Suite at the Clarion Inn in Fayetteville.  
Service was excellent.

The principal focus of teaching was on making documentation for Step 2s 
thorough and unquestionably accurate.  Questions / Answers flowed freely; 
interaction was excellent.
